Description

Cranberries are traditionally used to prevent and treat urinary tract infections. The cranberry is also currently being studied for its antioxidant properties.

Cranberries contain flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, polyphenols and vitamin C.

The Cranberries have beneficial effects for the bladder and preventing cystitis, antiseptic effects, particularly against E. Coli . They also protect the stomach lining. Studies tend to show prevention of cardiovascular disorders.

Recommended Dose:

At least 2 coffee spoonfuls to be taken per day.

Storage Conditions:

Once opened, to be kept in a dry place and used within 15 days.
