Recommendations for Use :

Starter program for 10 days renewable:
-For a ‘peaceful nights’ effect: take a measuring cup (50 ml) of Fructivia concentrate "Sleep & Serenity" diluted in a glass of water. To be taken in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime for 10 days.

-For a ‘Relaxation’ effect: take a measuring cup (50 ml) of Fructivia concentrate "Sleep & Serenity" diluted with1L or 1.5L of water. To be taken throughout the day for 10 days.

Maintaining program for 20 days renewable :
-For a ‘peaceful nights’ effect: take a ½ measuring cup (25 ml) of Fructivia concentrate "Sleep & Serenity" diluted in a glass of water. To be taken in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime for 20 days.

-For a ‘Relaxation’ effect: take a ½ measuring cup (25 ml)) of Fructivia concentrate "Sleep & Serenity" diluted with1L or 1.5L of water. To be taken throughout the day for 20 days.

Recommendations and precautions for use:
- As from 3 years old
- Shake well before opening
- Do not exceed the recommended doses
